1. Overview

These Terms of Purchase and Refund Policy (“Terms”) govern all purchases, transactions, and program participation made through Revaya Enterprises LLC, a Louisiana limited liability company (“we,” “our,” or “us”), and its affiliated brands: NourishED, The NourishED Classroom, The NourishED Teacher, Healed Here, Formed to Flourish, The GLOW Learning Lab, and any future programs, challenges, or events.

By purchasing a digital product, enrolling in a course or challenge, or booking a coaching service, you (“Customer,” “you”) agree to these Terms as well as our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, please do not make a purchase or participate in our programs.

2. Digital Products

All digital downloads (including templates, PDFs, planners, guides, workbooks, and other instant-access materials) are non-refundable.

Because you gain immediate access to proprietary resources upon purchase, we cannot issue refunds for digital products except in the following limited situations:

  • Duplicate purchase of the same item;

  • Accidental multiple charges;

  • Technical error preventing delivery that we cannot resolve.

Digital materials are for personal or classroom use only and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.
All copyrights remain the property of Revaya Enterprises LLC.

3. Courses, Coaching, and Consulting Services

Purchases for courses, group programs, or private coaching include access to educational materials, tools, and/or live instruction.

By purchasing, you agree that:

  • You are responsible for your own results and implementation.

  • Coaching is not therapy, financial, or legal advice.

  • Revaya Enterprises does not guarantee specific outcomes, income, or success.

  • Missed or canceled sessions without 24-hour notice may not be rescheduled or refunded.

All program fees must be paid in full or according to the agreed payment plan.
Failure to complete payments may result in removal from the program and loss of access without refund.

4. Live Events, Challenges, and Workshops

We invest significant time, resources, and planning into every event and challenge. Therefore, all ticket sales, registrations, and deposits are final and non-refundable, except as outlined below.

Refund Eligibility (if applicable)
Refunds may only be considered for premium-tier tickets or events if the following apply:

  • You attended all sessions and participated fully;

  • You completed all required assignments or activities;

  • You submit a written refund request within the specified timeframe (typically within 24–48 hours after the event concludes).

All other event tiers, general admissions, and digital replays are non-refundable.
If you cannot attend live, you may transfer your ticket to another participant or apply the value toward a future event of equal or lesser cost, if approved by Revaya Enterprises.

Refund exceptions (such as duplicate transactions) must be requested in writing at connect@revayaenterprises.com.

5. Memberships and Subscriptions

Some programs, such as The NourishED Teacher Life or Healed Here, may operate on recurring billing.
By enrolling, you agree that:

  • Recurring payments will be charged automatically until you cancel;

  • Cancellations must occur before the next billing date;

  • No refunds will be issued for previously billed cycles once content has been delivered.

Upon cancellation, access remains active through the end of your current billing period.

6. Affiliate Programs and Partner Products

We may recommend or promote external products and services through affiliate partnerships (e.g., ClickFunnels, Affiliate Bootcamp, etc.).

When you purchase through an affiliate link, you acknowledge that:

  • Revaya Enterprises may receive a commission at no additional cost to you;

  • All refunds, customer support, and technical issues are handled by the affiliate company directly under their own terms;

  • Revaya Enterprises is not responsible for affiliate products, guarantees, or outcomes.

We only promote tools and programs that align with our mission to empower educators, entrepreneurs, and individuals to grow with clarity and purpose.

7. Payment Terms

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
By submitting payment, you authorize Revaya Enterprises to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount due, including taxes or fees.

Payment plans are legally binding commitments.
If a payment fails or is canceled, access may be suspended until the balance is paid in full.

8. Media and Testimonial Release

By attending or participating in any live or virtual event, you consent to being photographed, recorded, and/or filmed. You grant Revaya Enterprises LLC the irrevocable right to use your name, image, voice, and likeness in promotional or educational materials—now or in the future—without compensation or review.

You also grant us the right to use any written or verbal testimonials you voluntarily provide for marketing, training, or educational purposes.

9. Force Majeure (Events Beyond Our Control)

Revaya Enterprises is not liable or responsible for any delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, acts of government, internet outages, technical failures, strikes, pandemics, or other unforeseen events (“Force Majeure Events”).

If such events prevent or delay performance, we will make reasonable efforts to resume operations or provide alternate solutions when possible.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revaya Enterprises LLC and its affiliates, officers, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your purchase or participation in our products, courses, or events.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue participation.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflicts of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts of East Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana, and you consent to jurisdiction in those courts..

12. Updates to These Terms

We may update this policy periodically. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Effective Date.”
Continued use of our products or participation in our programs after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
